Fullscreen in minecraft

In short if i go in fullscreen in minecraft i obviously cant record from desktop and if i chose game java crashes.

Some users cannot record Minecraft properly on their fullscreen. A workaround for this is to run MC in windowed maximized mode and then use Active Desktop Region feature to record the MC window.

I understand that however i wish to record at 1080p resolution. I also get another problem involving fullscreen games. When running Call of Duty : Black Ops 2 on fullscreen using the game setting. Black Ops freezes and upon ending the process or task it will re open without me asking.
