Action! and Steam Overaly UI in CS Global Offensive

Action! is blocking steam overlay ui :/

When I turn Action! off shift+tab works normally.

I dont own cs:go but for me steam overlay works fine,with action, the solution is start the game, with out action running, wait for the game to load check the overlay,if its working alt tab out and start action! it should work(i run steam and action,and ts as administrator,some times in vista/win 7 the overlay dont work if you run it as "normal" user right clikc on the steam,and action compatibility tab and rus as administrator it will always ask before running and need to play yes), for me with this method i can have steam overlay+ts3 overlay+action overlay at the same time(1-steam,2-action,3-ts3 each with alt tabbing out and starting the program, this works only for the first start (all 3) after it the steam overlay is "blocked"but the other 2 is working, (for me the ts3 and action works great), the trick is the starting order,cuz the overlay's "kills/blocks" each other.

I tried to run Action! as administrator, then both, Action! and Steam, but that doesnt help, Steam even said that I'm shouldn't run it in any compatibility mode, but only after first start after checking "run as administrator".

Running Action! after game start works fine in this case, but in some cases running Action! after game start doesn't work, and there are no Action! Hud displayed and recording doesn't work.
