action crash!

hello, i purchased and installed action recently, but today after a Windows system update when i launch action he will crash just a few seconds after . I uninstall and reinstall the program but the problem persists. Until now the program worked perfectly but now!!!!

Did your PC or game recently crashed during recording? Try to delete the latest (newest created) file in your Action! output folder.

hello Radi and thank you for your answer. Action has never crashed during a recording, I had already deleted the files in the output folder but the software still crashes.

Try this steps:
1. Uninstall Action!
2. Press Start and then type "Regedit" in search and press Enter.
2. Go to the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Mirillis/
3. Remove Action! catalog.
4. Install Action! again.
