Action! and old games without HD or Aero support

Guys, your program is awesome, but it needs one thing to be PURE awesome.
Sometimes I'm recording older games that are working without any problem on Windows 7. Without compatibility mode, addons, changes, patches, unnoficial stuff or emulators.
There are some old games (10+ years old) that are working smoothly on Windows 7, every other software like yours are recording older games without problem.
Maybe because Action! is a little "crying" about Aero in Windows 7 that MUST be enabled and active to record a game. This is a little bad when you want to record an old game that turns off Aero effects in the system. Action begins to groan and pop up to the desktop saying "enable Aero!".
Is there a way to do something about this? Action is awesome but not for games that are +5 years old or older.

The main reason that Action! is not supporting previous versions of Direct X or Windows XP is that Action! was made a year ago. We didn't want to go back so we focused on newest technologies. You can always run your older games in maximized window mode and use Active Desktop Region to capture them.
