Action, Windows 8 and QuickSync

Hi,
I have a "big" problem. I can't make Action! work with QuickSync on Windows 8 x64. When I set Action! to work using the HD 4000 in the CPU, that has QuickSync the program opens and in few seconds crashes. If I set it in D-mode, or turn off the settings in VirtuMVP, it uses my GTX-670 card and works normally, but I can't record in 1080 MP4, because QuickSync is not available then.

P.S. Whe the program crashes, it leaves to logs in the event viewer, one error and one information.

I can confirm it, if I run Action! and have it set to I-mode in VirtuMVP, Action! instantly closes right after the GUI shows. The only way is to connect another display or whateverworkaround and delete the entry from VirtuMVP.
