can't record with Intel Quick Sync Action! 1.12.2.0

hi.
today i just updated to Action 1.12.2.0.
since then i can't record my games with Intel Quick Sync.
when i press record i can see that the HUD is recording but when i press f9 again to stop recording the game crash (stopps and becoming not responding).
i need to close the game with the task manager and in Action! i see that the recording is stuck on 5 seconds of recording (everytime it changes).
it happens only with intel quick sync, when i am trying to record to AVI the game works just fine.
What Can I do to fix it?
