I can't record sound on action! but i can on fraps :/

I bought this 3 day ago
but it's not working with action! I have some bugs :
- When i record a game i Can't record my voice
- When i record a game, sounds of game are played in 4x speed i think.

These bugs are not "enabled" on fraps.

Someone can tell me what i need to do ?

My Micro is plugged in via USB AND one jack in the green hole.
It's a wireless Headset.
