Big lag during record

Hello,
I have a problem with Mirillis Action.
When I start the record after 5 minutes, I have a big lag every 5 seconds so when I display the fps with Mirillis Action, I see that the fps drops to zero during this big and this lag every 5 seconds.
I greatly need your help please.

Are you recording to the same disk where your game is installed?

This may be the reason. If your game is set to ultra or high details then the bitrate that is recorded into your hard drive is too large for it and your hard drive can not keep up with the record so the lag occurs.

Do you have any opportunity to record your video into another HDD? Or try using a lower video size like 480p or 720p and see if the problem still occurs.

Yes precisely the thing is that I record on a good HDD and there is no shortage of any room.
But the thing is that the record has worked well for my test on crysis beta 3 there are 3 or 4 days of it

every post I see on this issue...the help just stops and the replies quit coming. I have Action and it recorded perfectly for a month...then all of a sudden frames drop to 10-12fps. I have to stop recording and my frames shot back up. I then start recording again and everything works for a few mins or so. I wish it would go back to working perfectly like the first month.
