Yesterday i used this software and everything was OK, it worked, I had to update my OS "Windows 7U 64bits" (x64 CPU) before go sleep... Since today i got this probleme when i try to launch "Action!", the software close after 3 seconds...
Nothing have changed in my computer only the Microsoft update from yesterday.

i think about a problem with D3D

I have the same problem , my Action! is crashing all the time , 10 seconds after it launch.

It's recommended to uninstall latest windows update due instability that the new update cause.

Delete all moviefiles in the record folder.
After i delete ~100 clips with 100GB diskspace, action start without a crash.
I think it was a bad clip or screenhsot in my folder, so that the review on the left side crashs the program.
