Update problem 1.13.1

Hi all
I create this post to inform program instability when recording games. Every few seconds appear a big lag. This did not happen with previous versions. It not only happens to me, becouse I've had friends with the same problems.

I add a request to download previous versions so when something happens like that (instability) we can make videos... Only a request.

The issue is fixed in newest update. Please update your version to 1.13.2.
