Action window jumps to primary monitor

I have 2 monitors:
Primary: 1920x1080
Secondary: 1440x900

Every time when I start a game the screens flicker and Action! window jumps to the primary monitor. To see it I have to minimize the game and drag it over to the sec monitor. Would it be possible to fix it? Any other application keeps on the secondary monitor, just Action window jumps to primary.

Windows 8 x64, Action 1.13.2, also happens with older versions.

I would really love to have it stay on the monitor of choice too. Using version 1.13.3.0
It's great to see how long I've recorded. Ok, there is the phone-app but it seems rather unnecessary to use it when I have two monitors.

We are planning to expand our HUD to display more information in future versions.
