Problem with Overlay

Hello there,

I'm having a problem with the Action! overlay in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The first time I tested it, it worked fine, but since then my overlay looks like this:


It appears fine in screenshots which is why I took a picture of it with my phone. It still functions, the dot lights up a brighter red when I press record, however it's really annoying and I'd like to know how to fix it.

Only with GTA or with every single game/application?

Hi, I have the same problem, GTA San Andreas 1.0 US with no mods, clean install. If I were to run a modded copy, it might just fail to record and/or crash, so I reinstalled it clean. But with a clean San Andreas I get the weird pink overlay like this:

But by and large, the game looks normal, and I can even record (as long as I don't add ANY mods AT ALL, including speedo)

This is with version 1.19.2.0 for what it's worth. I suspect some sort of texture format problem.
