First of all
Update drivers.
Change intel quick sync to CUDA.

I using CUDA 60 FPS 1080P Crysis 3 MAX SETTINGS = 50-60 FPS.

Have you tried following one of our tutorials for setting up Intel Quick Sync? Maybe it's the MVP Virtu that's causing problems.

hello again, so I updated all drivers at my pc, but video recorded thru intel quick sync is still lagging.
I tried avi 1080p as well thats fine = no hdd bottleneck to my surprise.

YES I tried already 2.nd tutorial to enable quick sync -adding 2nd screen sucessfully but my whole system is booting very long time
and I get merged screenshots when 2nd screen/desktop enabled:

that picture at right is my desktop wallpaper(1920x1080)

please note I have legal purchased windows7 64bit ultimate & kaspersky internet security

I gonna try overclock iGPU and reinstall ccleaner mirillis action

//edit I play multiplayer crysis3 low settings 120-180fps, 144hz screen, maybe thats problem? but I have these lags in video in all games :/
