Problem recording GTA III

Hi, I m trying to record this game (GTA III), but Action! not recognise the game.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

PD: No Mods in the game

GTA 3 runs under DX8. Action! supports games that uses DX9 or higher. Try running your game in Windowed mode and use Active Desktop Region to capture the inside of your window.

GTA 3 cannot be put in windowed mode. Any ideas?
