To me it looks like the recording bit-rate might be too high for real-time recording of 1080p at 60fps.
Maybe you could post a screenshot of your settings, as well as information about the drive you're recording to, for example if it's external or internal, what model, and brand.

If you wanted to, you could test the read/write speeds using "CrystalDiskMark". Google for a download, it's free.

I used Game mode and Window mode game, than this lag was off.

I have TOP PC. SSD. Game Max settings. Mirrilis to max settings. Into all games all right, but that game lagging only recorded video(into a game all right).

Could you please try recording the same cinematic into lower resolution in AVI (480,720) and see if there's any difference?
