The Drivers are "old" ... some months i think... but thats no problem..

Sorry for all the Questions, I just want to know if I am ready to buy!
Here's an example!

When starting up recording, the buffer needs to fill and the harddrive needs to accept data... by limiting the speed of frames, the system can get up to speed.
when ending, the system needs to finish the file, and therefore also require a bit of extra power, resulting in framedrops.
I purchased Action! some time ago, when i found out that i could record using QuickSync... after spending lots of time setting up all parameters i must say im happy with the result and the product.. it doesnt work perfectly - but very close. And i love that i dont need to encode AVI files to MP4 after each recording.,.. its every $ worth i think.. and its still being developed, and lot of new features are comming - so i would get it now while its cheap.
