Rendering a Quick Sync file results in flickering lighting.

Hi, I recorded a file using Quick Sync encoding and after it was rendered it resulted in a bigger file size and it had flickering lighting. This is a deal breaker as my plan was to always edit my videos, not upload to YouTube directly.
