Mark video recording as favorite not working

Hi

In the hotkeys settings, there is an entry for 'mark video recording as favorite' that is by default bound to ctrl + f. There is little documentation I could find on the usage of this feature and I assume it is meant to tag a video you are recording for later reference, however this doesn't work for me. I have tried both during and after recording and it doesn't seem to do anything. I have also changed the mapping to other keys just in case there was some key conflict and it still didn't work.

Any help would be appreciated
