Quicksync Video Uploading to YouTube

Tue Jul 30, 2013 3:59 am

Hi,

I have been using quick sync video capabilities since i upgraded to i7 3770k and was just wondering if it would be possible to include in the next or a future build, the abilities that normal avi video has such as uploading to youtube in automatically cut up parts right in action.

at the moment i am having to cut them up my self and re render which really kills the whole point. Thanks for the great product and thank you in advance for any help or answer.

In Export Settings you can set your exporting process to cut off video into parts before uploading it to YouTube.

In Export Settings you can set your exporting process to cut off video into parts before uploading it to YouTube.
but when i'm in action and i select my newly recorded mp4 quicksync video the youtube button is grayed out. So i have to manually cut up and re render the mp4. Will the youtube button be available for mp4 (quicksync) video in the future?

Oh, I missed that you were recording into MP4. Both button and Export feature are currently available only for AVI since the exporting process compress your video from AVI to MP4 and send it to YouTube after.

Oh ok is there any possibility that Action could ignore the render process or cut the video and upload to youtube still using Mp4 in the future?

Currently no, but I've sent information to our developers to see if this feature can be added for MP4 also.
