Mirillis Action! Crop line is stuck under hotbar Windows 7!

Hello! I was trying to make myself a toribash video and I do not know how to turn on the Windows Aero thingy so i can record fullscreen so i used the crop line! When i made toribash full screen The crop line got stuck under the desktop hotbar so please help guys I really like this screen recorder P.S: I use the trial version P.P.S: i want to buy it in british sterling pounds how can i do it? P.P.P.S: I cannot put the crop line all the way to the top! P.P.P.P.S: I tried to delete it and reinstall it not working X( :L
