When I try to open a video I recorded, it has the error 'Action! Player has stopped working' on windows media player (windows 8).
So I tried downloading AVI and it says it does not support the file type. Thing it sometimes the recording works, other times it doesn't. Any help?

Have you tried re-installing Action! with cleaning the registry?
