Mirillis Action! recording Problem Again r...r

I have a problem i use action 4 record en w7 but some day the hotkeys stop working , a try evryting, so i say F..K This, and i install w8 , so when i install action in w8 they record evryting , but ,when i restart the pc, same error like w7 the fk hotkeys does work some one know why this happen? Algun Problema con regedit ? i dont have anti vires i jus have windows defender..
