Problems with editing video

Hello,
I have a problem while trying to edit the videos with Camtasia Studio 8. When I put the videos I have recorded with Action! it says that I don't have the required codecs, but I do. It works sometimes and sometimes not. I'ts annoying because the whole footage goes to the bin. I've got it to record AVI files in Original quality. I have bought action because it's a great program but the problems with codecs are annoying me like hell! What's causing the fault?

Try contacting Techsmith support and ask them why they are not supporting today video standards.
