An Idea: splitting where we want.

I'v been testing Action! and it is great, but i am thinking about an idea that could help a lot of people whom wants to make playthroughs, what if we can split the video where we want to, i mean, youtube automatic split is a great idea but what if i am recording my voice too, the voice would be splitted too!!! (i didn't test this, i am just assuming) so what if i record a 1 hour video and i want to split it in diferents parts, one of 15 mins, other in 7 mins, other in 20 mins.
