Alternative Export file formats

Currently the MP4 files created from the Action! exporter crash Premiere pro (v5.5 at least)

I have found no solution to solve this issue, and think its not up to standard that a product cannot produce files that function correctly with one of the biggest video editing programs available.

Is there a solution i cannot find or are the other file formats i can export my recordings to?
