Action! Application error (0x662b5f85)

Hello. That is my first message on this forum. If there is a topic of this issue, please send me the link to it because i could not find it.
Sometimes when i am recording or even if I have the app on it shows me (in Polish)

"WerFault.exe - Błąd aplikacji"
Instrukcja spod 0x662b5f85 odwołuje się do pamięci pod adresem 0x00000104. Pamięć nie może być read.
Kliknij przycisk OK, aby przerwać działanie aplikacji.

I tried to translate it into english and my translating informatical things is not very good.

"WerFault.exe - Application error"
The instruction of 0x662b5f85 appeals to memory at 0x00000104. The memory cannot be read.
Press ok to stop the application working.

It stops recording when i am recording of course. It doesn't turn off Action.
What can I do with it?

Now i have got somehing simillar. It is the same but with other numbers. This is how it looks like.
