Hmm, no if it not like it in the raw video, then it most likely the codec exporting it not rendering shadows right.

If it was in the raw footage then I be blaming the game rendering / the chem hack you got in the game.

Have you tried other export options ? Maybe even take the raw footage and use another program such as Magix Movie Edit Pro or Windows Movie Maker to export the video to see if the results are the same.

The problem is that I was using Hardware Acceleration to export my videos. But now it's causing me problems. I don't understand why this is happening.

It's really hard to see the issue in the game as it almost looks like the way the game did shadowing. So I can see why support never picked up on it in your video. Should of took a pic so they could see the image and then view the video to see the area it's in.

As to why this is happening now with HA and CUDA. Only thing I can figure is that you updated your video card drivers. Lately nvidia hasn't been doing a good job on there drivers. Heck the last time I went to update my driver it messed up all my games, came to find out that a lot of people who updated had worst; they had their cards burn out because of the driver.

My advice, roll back your driver and see what happens. If it works again, then it a nvidia driver issue and you got two options, stay with the old driver, or keep the new and don't use HA.
