I am considering purchasing your software, and am playing around with your 30 day free trail version.
However, I'm having issues attempting to upload a file to Youtube. There are no clear ways to solve the issue.
When I attempt to use your in-house export to upload it, it processes it. The bar goes from empty to green. But at the end, it states "invalad username or password."
When I attempt to manually drag and drop the native .avi file, Youtube tells me it's an invalid file format. Youtube has accepted .avi files from me, produced from other software, with no issues.
The export function doesn't seem to be able to convert the movie clip into any other format acceptable by Youtube.
I'm very new to this, so it is quite possibly user error. But since I was able to get other trail game-capture software to upload to Youtube without a hitch, I wonder if it's buggy software. Guidance in this would be greatly appreciated.
