Will only record in MP4?!?!?

So after a few weeks of enjoying action, I am being pestered with annoyance! for some reason the software has decided to only let me record in MP4 even though I have the AVI option selected! please help me out!

I have the same problem with the 1.17.0 update all the videos in Mp4 recorded me and I can not change.

My Pc:
Procesador - AMD FX-6100 a velocidad de 3.30 GHz
Placa Base - ASRock 985GM-GS3 FX
Memoria - 8 GB memoria total de tipo DDR3
chip de memoria Kingston de 4 GB

Tarjeta grafica - AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series
