White noise when recording with microphone???

So I've had action! for a few weeks now and love it.
The main problem I face is that when i record with microphone I get a white noise in the back ground! But when i record audio or gameplay alone I dont get any white noise??? now I have a blue yeti so its not coming from my mic and when i record gameplay with the microphone box unchecked its great but if I record both together than its got this horrible noise!!

Can someone help me out please!
