Push to talk and Razer Naga

I bound a Naga button 5 to Num Lock and then bound it on push to talk in action, but this doesn't work for me. When I push Num Lock on keyboard it works fine. Any solution to fix it?

Are you running the Razer software as administrator? Not just on an administrator account... specifically right-clicking the software's EXE or shortcut file and choosing to "run as administrator?"
