Action! 1.17.40 Can't record 60fps and mp4?

If I try to record at 60fps and use mp4 Action! records at 30fps. Help!?
I AM REALLY DESPERATE PLEASE REPLY AND HELP! :(

Why don't you update Action ? 1.19.0.0 actually
