1280x676 forced resolution

Thu May 15, 2014 1:21 pm

Hello, guys.

I have a problem with my video quality, everytime I record anything from Minecraft to Just Cause 2 on ANY resolution, Action! sets it to 1280x676, which is a low quality resolution. I don't want my video quality to be bad, because I wan't to upload my recorded footage to youtube. Here are some pics:

Well you did choose 720p, which would give 1280x720 resolution... how can you be sure it's 1280x676, where are you seeing that number? I'd like to see.

When I recorded both were 1920x1080, but my monitor recommends a bit lower resolution.

Bottom left hand corner of the first image.

Kinda odd as the vertical resolution is correct (1280) but the horizontal is off.
Is the recorded video cropped? Squished? or does it look normal when its played back?

Hello, the recorded footage is really bad quality - the colours are off and as I mentioned before, the resolution is smaller.
