Webcam wont show up + crashing

My webcam was showing up just fine yesterday when I installed the program, but now when I'm recording games again today, the webcam doesn't show up even when I export the video. It also crashes quite a few times, and makes my game crash after that too.

Anyone else experiencing this? From what I see, there's not a lot of support going out to purchasers of this program.
