Recording is cut off during games' loading screen

I have encountered this issue on some of the game I played, particularly of those during the loading screen the game would flash my desktop content for a split second, or the game that changed screen size (ex. becomes full-screen when game loaded).

The HUD would always turn from red to blue whenever during a loading or when it is completed.

I have tried some other recording software like Fraps or Bandicam on these game and did not have any issue, might you have some idea why this would happen?

EDIT: Oh, and I forgot to mention that, after further testing, it seems this issue only surfaces when I'm using Game recording mode (which is what I've been using). When I'm using the Active Screen recording mode, there is however no problem whatsoever.

Is a display mechanism changing while your game switch from game to cutscene?

Loading screen shouldn't affect Action! recording. Please contact our support team for closer investigation.
