Active desktop region problem

Hello !
Then i record with active desktop region miriilis record fullscreen but the yellow bar dont apear ......
Pls help me how i can fix this problem ?
PS:I reinstall miriilis but dont work ...
pls help

Please try pressing "0" (zero) to reset your region settings.
