Performance lose could not be the issue because it happened to me in Hearthstone and this game doesn't need much. Same with Diablo 3. Action recorder very good gameplay with 10fps-20fps in game during the recording.
I have a solution for my problems with Action!. I've set my frame rate to 30fps and since then every game is recorded.
