Cant seem to find AMD APP

I can say for sure that the HD 5850 and the HD 6970 do not support this so called AMD APP, but the HD 7750 can use it, so has it was said on earlier posts, the tecnology is the VCE and not the APP (yes i know that there is no VCE without the APP but it still is a bit misleading), as montago said, looking forward for the openCL support on Action!

Odd . my AMD APU 5800k with 7660D , Action! supports AMD APP. 7660D is a VLIW4 design , so is the 6900 series.

I've also used HD 6670 card in CrossX with APU and AMD APP worked very well in Action!

I also mucked around with putting a 5850 in the same PC ,AMD APP didnt work, I had to re-install Action to have AMD APP work.

So maybe the requirement is min VLIW4 video card?
