PC Specification: Amd Windows 8.1 64bit

Action freezes my whole PC

I've had Action for 3 months and had no problems. I haven't loaded it up in about a week then when I do it starts to load then freeze. Whole PC dead. I have tried reinstalling it and updating drivers. Nope didn't work. Help please really urgent.
