Action not recording (Green screen playback)

Okay so i bought Action! a few months ago for the past week or so when i have been trying to record things (Anything) it records but the playback is only my voice and a blank green screen. What can i do to help D:

Yea this is happening to me too! can someone please help me and what software i use to play the video is the Action! video player and sony vegas pro 13!
