Action Sound Sync Problems

I have been using Action! for a while now, but recently any recording i make over the 10 minute mark the audio just Falls horribly out of sync at random intervals within the recording.

tried fixing within Vegas but the as the Audio is out of sync within the file itself its not an easy fix.

have tried every setting combination so far and no luck,
any body know any possible fixes?


10 minutes does seem to be the slipping point.

Could you post a video sample? Do you record into AVI or MP4?
