Action setting not in effect

Thu Jul 24, 2014 11:28 pm

Hi, I have had a very annoying issue with Action since I bought it where even through I tell it to record at 720p 60 fps in mp4 format but when I hit the record button the fps goes down and locks at 30 until I tell it to stop, and when I look at the file in the action window it says it was recorded at 854x480 at 30 fps whitch is a huge pain and I have reinstalled but nothing changes. HELP!

Do you use hardware acceleration to record your video in MP4 format? (Intel Quick Sync or AMD APP).

No, I don't have anything of that sort running while I record or even installed

Software MP4 encoding is limited to 720p and 30 fps, that's probably the reason of your issue.
