Recording gets cut off...

I recorded bunch of my league of legends gameplay and When I check the recording after the game, it only saved the first minutes of gameplay.
The overlay was red the whole time and supposedly recorded the whole thing, I stop the recording after the victory screen is showed.
I'm using Intel Quick Sync and MP4 audio.
It works fine with normal MP4 (maxes out at 30fps) but I want to use Quick Sync (60fps).
Can you please help me?
I don't know if it will help but when I put these "corrupted" videos in Vegas, it shows that the audio is cut shorter.

If there is an issue with IQS please check if you have latest drivers installed on your PC.
