SUGGESTION: Third sound-channel for Skype/TS

Hiya folks!

Lately I've been looking at solutions for recording Skype or TS (i.e, my friends voiced) in a seperate audio-track so I don't have to bother with soundchecks everytime I play and record with a friend. There are a couple of programs who can help with this but yet again I have to spend time tinkering with setup before every recording.

So I started thinking: Would it be a difficult task to make a function for this in Action? It's already, except for chroma key, the most complete recording software on the market. I don't know anything about programming but I'm guessing that Action would need to make a virtual audio-channel on the computer who it could detect Skype or TS on. Alternatively we ourselves would choose what would go there. Similar to Virtual Audio Cable.

It's just a thought, but what do you think?
