Action Freezes Up When Stopping a Recording!

Hello All,

I just purchased Action. Every time I stop recording, Action freezes up and will not save the recording properly. I have to use the Task Manager to close it. I have had the only 2 videos I have every attempt to record do this same thing. Please help, I have lost great footage twice. I feel as though trying to record anything will be a waste of time until I can get this fixed.
