Reinstalling Action?

So recently Ive been having one annoying problem, that problem being my audio and video tracks on a recording are getting unsynched throughout the videos. What happens is the game will run smoothly and fine with Action recording, but upon reviewing a recorded gameplay, the video will freeze at some parts, then pick back up, but causing a delay in the sound/video of the recording. An example of this would be like, if I were to shoot open a door, you would see the gun shooting open the door, but then about 5 seconds later the gunshot and other sounds occuring.

Anyways with that aside, my friend suggested to me I just reinstall Action since ive had it sitting on my computer for the longest time, about a year so its probably corrupted or something along those lines. The problem is, I dont know if I'll need the key to do so. If I do infact need my key, is there anyway to see it through the Action program I currently have? Or do I have send a request for them to resend the key.

Do you record your video into AVI or MP4 format? Do you record your video into the same hard drive where your game is installed?

My Action application currently records into AVI format, I believe this is default since I've never changed it.

All my videos are located in the (C:) drive, along with all my games which are also under (C:) drive.

I also use an external Microphone (Blue Snowball) if this makes any difference.

I have reported this issue to the support team, however there was no success with reproducing this issue. Have you tried re-installing Action! since your last post?

I haven't been able to get a response from Mirillis support on this key issue myself. I have the paypal receipt indicating purchase, but the product was installed a long time ago and I don't know the key anymore and if there was an email with that it has since been lost (and I've spent a good 30 minutes looking for it). good luck.
