Jams while recording BF4

hi guys,

been having this problem with both my pc and laptop.

i start recording some BF4 game play and it randomly starts a jam for about 10 seconds and whilst the video is jammed the audio is on a 1 second loop the whole time the video is jammed.

i know this isnt a hardware issue on my end due to the problem reoccurring on multiple systems.

any help would be great guys, thanks

Do you record your video into the same hard drive where your game is stored? Have you tried lowering the video size or frame rate of your MP4 files to see if the same issue occurs?
