Webcam will not work with Action! after new comp..

So I used Action! with my Logitech C920, and then I got a new computer, and now Action won't work with webcam on new computer.

Using USB 3.0
I did re-install Action!
I tested webcam on skype, and it works fine.

I can record audio and my screen just fine, but when I have webcam1 selected to my Logitech, and "always record" turned on... nothing happens. it doesn't record my camera.
