PC Specification: FX - 8320, R9 270, Windows 7

AVI settings

So i recently bought mirillis action! and was wondering what are the best AVI settings to record with for the best quality.
I will record with no webcam.
Using AVI 720P for youtube.
Video card is R9 270
CPU is Amd FX 8320
A picture would be nice for the settings. Thanks.

The settings should be adjusted to your PC specification. If you set them to high your computer performance may cause fps drops etc.
