Sometimes Action! refuses to work.

Hello,

Sometimes Action! just does not work. The program is open, but will not appear in games. This happens often.

I have tried starting Action before starting the game, and likewise I have tried starting the game before starting Action. This happens with random games, both Steam and non-Steam. I cannot see any pattern to it.

Windows 7 64-bit, have had the original Action for over a year, and the Steam version for about 6 months.

Any suggestions please?

I have the same issue.
I solved it before by re-installing Action, and it was fine again.
But now the problem returned, within 2-3 weeks.

Except for Battlefield 4, none of my games give the HUD in-game, so I can't record.
Before the HUD even showed up in video players, like VLC, but now it only works in BF4.

I use version, 1.20.1.0 and here are my pc specs:
i5-4670 non K
MSI GTX770
8 GB RAM
Win 7 64 bit.

Apart from this weird bug, Action works fine when recording.
One more thing, when recording MP4 with Nvidia NVENC, the performance hit is just as high as when recording in AVI.
